Lifetime partner to travel to or work in London

Live in London,but travel a lot.Looking for a lifetime partner,who wouldnt mind relocating to London.. appreciate this is not an easy decision for her.She could work in my Company in London if she wanted to,.but is not necessary because running a household is work enough. A relationship requires time and effort.. I would not rush into a meeting...becos we need to REALLY get to know each otherl before marriage so that there are no regrets later. Am going to KIEV on work but only for few days in April. AFTER we correspond for some time, and IF we want to meet, maybe we could meet in KIEV then or earlier if I can reschedule IF we like each other after meeting briefly in Kiev, I could send her a ticket to come here for a LONGER period ie IF I cant visit her native town. Of course I shall cover her travel,accommodation,and living expenses in Kiev,and later London IF we decide to take our relationship further.But I dont want to buy anyone's affection..just want to make it easier for us to meet ,since it may be difficult for me to find free time to visit her native townunless she insists I am 6ft2,fit and slim75 kg.
